Speak Up Africa and Weblogy team up to enhance public health in Africa

Speak Up Africa and Weblogy Group have announced a new partnership to support knowledge sharing and increase ownership of sanitation and public health issues across Africa.

The two organisations have signed a memorandum of understanding to increase online media coverage of key priority areas including sanitation and health by highlighting the ongoing initiatives of Ministries of Health and Sanitation as well as those of key stakeholders and partners. By working together, Weblogy and Speak Up Africa will further amplify their voices on these issues to reach a wider audience and advance sustainable development across Africa.

Weblogy’s leading online platforms provide rich and reliable content for African citizens, particularly across Francophone Africa – one of Speak Up Africa’s core programme areas – including the Ivory Coast, Senegal, Niger and Burkina Faso. The media group has a strong history of delivering successful campaigns for its partners.

Weblogy Group and Speak Up Africa both advocate for public health improvements and believe that engaging the media and increasing public knowledge can lead to greater positive change. By disseminating accurate and trustworthy information on government policy and best practices, media outlets such as Weblogy can influence positive action.
