Roukiattou Ouédraogo is a professional communicator with over 17 years of experience in the development sector. She joined Speak Up Africa in 2020 and has since held several strategic positions, including Advocacy Officer for the Zero Malaria Business Leadership Initiative, and later served as National Coordinator in Burkina Faso.
As a Regional Advisor, she embodies a vision of collaborative leadership, playing a key role in fostering partnerships, strengthening stakeholder engagement both public and private and consolidating national and regional alliances to promote more equitable and inclusive health policies.
Previously, she worked for ten years at the Permanent Secretariat of NGOs (SPONG) in Burkina Faso, where she led advocacy efforts and campaigns at national, regional, and international levels, focusing on major issues such as health, sanitation, and climate change.
Roukiattou holds degrees in Communication from the University of Ouagadougou and in Political Science from Thomas Sankara University. She is also a certified coach and trainer in leadership with Maxwell Leadership – Francophonie.
